World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) Label (pilot)

The assessment model for this new label will be based on the application of the criteria of the WFME criteria, in addition to those already established generally in the accreditation process of the other labels managed by ANECA, which are periodically audited by the international associations ENQA , ENAEE , EQANIE and ECTN and internally through an annual meta-evaluation.

In the context of the development of this new international and professional project, ANECA will sign a collaboration agreement with the National Conference of Deans of Faculties of Medicine (CNDFME) and the General Council of Official Medical Colleges (CGCOM).

ANECA, in the process of to become an agency recognised by the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME), and thus be able to assess the International Quality Label for official medical studies, has selected the four universities to participate in the pilot project of this new international accreditation: University de Castilla-La Mancha, Complutense University of Madrid, University of Málaga, and the University of Navarra.
