Transparency

This section complies with the provisions of Chapter II of Act 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, in terms of the obligations of active disclosure that ANECA must meet as an autonomous agency. The information that the aforementioned Act establishes as required to ensure the transparency of the activity related to the operation and control of public action is published.

Este apartado recoge las normas internas que, de conformidad con sus Estatutos, dicte ANECA para el cumplimiento de su objeto y para su funcionamiento, a través de resoluciones, instrucciones y circulares de la persona titular de la Dirección del Organismo, y que puedan tener efectos jurídicos.
