Quality Label for Academic Publishing

ANECA, FECYT and UNE have implemented the Quality Label for Scientific Collections. This is promoted by the Spanish Union of University Publishers (UNE) and supported by the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA) and the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT).

The purpose of this Label is to recognise best practice within Spanish university publishing to make it a hallmark that both research assessment agencies and the academic and research community can easily identify. It also aims to serve as a means through which to promote and foster quality in academic publishing.
