Procurement

The legal regime applicable to the procurement carried out by ANECA is that established for public administrations in Act 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes into Spanish law the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of 26 February 2014.

In compliance with public procurement regulations, the information on the various tenders carried out by ANECA and on its different contracts, including minor contracts, can be found in ANECA's Contractor Profile located on the official website of the Public Sector Procurement Platform (PSPP), thus ensuring transparency and public access to the organisation's procurement activity.
