Agreements and assignments

ANECA maintains collaborations with other administrations, agencies, bodies and public, national and international institutions, as well as with universities and private entities, for the pursuit of activities in its own functional areas.

To this end, as appropriate, it enters into agreements under the regime provided for in Articles 47 et seq. of Act 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, or management assignments provided for in Article 11 of the same Act.

The agreements and assignments entered into are recorded in the respective Register of State Public Sector Agreements and Assignments (REOICO-RCESPE).
