The purpose of this call is to recognize the merits in the research activity carried out by university professors and by the research staff of the Public Research Organizations of the General State Administration who meet the indicated requirements and to encourage its exercise, its quality and its relevance and impact.

Civil servants: from January 9 to January 30, 2026
Contracted teaching staff: from February 9 to March 2, 2026

Evaluation advisory committees and specialists

  • Structure: The appointment of advisory committees and specialists will have a one-year term, renewable for another year, except in the case of the presidencies, which may be renewed for two years.
  • Selection and renewal criteria and procedure: To be a member of these committees, it is necessary to be a professor or researcher of recognized prestige with a minimum of three six-year research periods (sexenios).
  • The resolution appointing the members of the advisory committees of the National Commission for the Evaluation of Research Activity will be published shortly.
