Mercedes Siles Molina presents the Agency's perspective on gender impact in the evaluation of research staff.

Mercedes Siles Molina, Director of ANECA, has spoken this morning at the 21st General Assembly of the Association of Women Researchers and Technologists (AMIT), which focused on the theme "New trends in the evaluation of research personnel: impact of gender".

The conference was opened by Eloísa del Pino, president of the CSIC; Isabel Sanmartín, deputy director of the Botanical Garden; and Carmen Fenoll, president of AMIT. Lucía Ramírez, Deputy Head of the Coordination, Evaluation and Monitoring Division of the State Research Agency (AEI), and María Blasco, Director of the Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO), took part in a round table discussion on the perspective of the institutions that carry out the evaluations.
