ANECA, with the aim of providing the best public service to the users, wants to establish effective communication channels, which allow the user to submit suggestions, compliments, and in its case, complaints which result in the improvement of the provision of the service.

You can also submit it in person at any of the registry assistance offices of the General State Administration, of the Autonomous Communities, of local entities, post offices and diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad. The closest to ANECA's headquarters is the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office Paseo de la Castellana, 75 - 28046 MADRID.

If you wish to file a complaint/suggestion/complaint about any issue related to the process of Homologation and Equivalence of a foreign Higher Education degree, you must address to the Ministry responsible for universities, and submit it through the appropriate channels. Complaints or suggestions may be made in person, by post or by telematic means. The Ministry responsible for universities, which is the managing center and responsible for the administrative process, has the necessary channels for receiving your complaint or suggestion and its corresponding processing and reply.
