If you wish to file a complaint/suggestion/complaint about any issue related to the process of Homologation and Equivalence of a foreign Higher Education degree, you must address to the Ministry responsible for universities, and submit it through the appropriate channels. Complaints or suggestions may be made in person, by post or by telematic means.
