Charter of Services

As a further step in its commitment to society, and as an element of transparency and commitment to quality in the provision of the public service it provides, ANECA has drawn up a Service Charter in order to inform citizens about the services of the evaluation activities carried out in the Agency, about their rights, and about the quality commitments in the provision of these services. 

Within the Agency, it is considered a tool for management and continuous improvement, by defining a series of commitments and service levels with the citizens of the evaluation programmes that will be measured and analysed annually. With regard to citizens, it allows users to compare the commitments made for the provision of evaluation activities with what they actually receive.

ANECA's Service Charter is valid for a period of 3 years (2023-2026).
