85% of the reports for University Professors were positive, as well as 93% for University Tenured Professors
In the first quarter of 2024, the new accreditation commissions for access to the university teaching bodies of Catedrático/a de Universidad (CU) and Profesor/a Titular de Universidad (PTU) have evaluated 1,337 applications. In the case of CU, 445 have been resolved, and 892 in the case of TU.
The commissions constituted on December 29, 2023 had to be formed and did not have all the members initially planned until April, which has slowed down the pace of work despite the increase in the number of dossiers distributed for evaluation. From April onwards, the necessary substitute members will be activated.

In an unprecedented transparency exercise until now, the decrease in the number of files submitted up to March 31 pending resolution can be seen weekly. The information with the positive and negative results that will be published by ANECA will not reflect, however, the exceptional work developed by the commissions (which also includes the requests for complementary documentation and the pre-negative resolutions).
