Accreditation to University Teaching Bodies (RD 1312/2007)

The very high number of accreditation applications received during the month of March, close to 7,000, caused capacity problems in ANECA's servers and, as a consequence, the computer application for the submission of applications did not respond adequately.
ANECA has detected three groups of incidents which are being worked on in order to give, to all the affected applicants, the appropriate solution. The following general indications are given due to the difficulty to respond in a particular way.

1- Applicants who correctly signed and registered their application and can now see it in status Received Academy or Stored through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training (https://sede.educacion.gob.es/sede/login/plogin.jjsp), but could not save all the merits and/or upload to the application all the supporting documents

INDICATION:
Any information or documentation that you were not able to upload to the application can be sent through the Common Electronic Registry (REC) along with a copy of the signed application, the service sheet, the signed statement of truthfulness, the copy of the supporting documentation of the necessary prerequisites in each case (Doctoral degree -only for foreign degrees and degrees in the process of issuance with fees paid-; Appointment as TU; or positive report of Exemption) and the documentary justification of those merits that could not be uploaded to the computer application because they are indicated in the "other merits" sections or because they have not been selected.

If the size of the pdf is larger than 15Mb, a second registration entry could be made with the rest of the information, indicating in the subject line the reference to the registration number of the first one. In the exceptional case that the size of the documentation to be sent exceeds 30Mb, ANECA must be contacted, through the account solicitudesacreditacion@aneca.es, in order to enable the applicant another way of sending it.

Due to the enormous load of applications received during the month of March, the deadline of 20 days to submit these documents is not being applied.

2- Applicants who have already sent the documentation through the Common Electronic Registry and have requested ANECA to enable the platform to send the rest of the documents which exceed the 30Mb allowed by the REC.

INDICATION:
The requests for enabling this platform are exceeding ANECA's capacity to respond within the 20-day period initially foreseen.
This period of 20 days is suspended and all the applications will be attended and accepted in strict order of reception in ANECA.

3- Applicants who, having tried, could not close and sign correctly the application before April 1.

INDICATION:
ANECA will contact each affected person to indicate the way in which he/she will be able to close the application.

Finally, all applicants are reminded that, once the access problems of April 1 have been solved, they can access the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training (https://sede.educacion.gob.es/sede/login/plogin.jjsp) to check the status of the applications normally.
