126 areas of knowledge are presented to the sexenios Field 0 (Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary).

In its first year of operation, the Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Field 0 for the evaluation of the six-year research periods of the 2023 call has received 389 applications from 126 areas of knowledge, approximately one third of the total number of applications. Of these, 143 correspond to civil servants (36.76%) and 246 to employees (63.24%).

The creation of this Committee 0 is one of the novelties of the 2023 call for the evaluation of six-year research periods and responds not only to the principles of the LOSU, but also to ANECA's firm commitment to recognise these scientific profiles in all its evaluations of university teaching and research staff.
