Framework for the self-assessment of universities in the area of employment and employability
Project for the creation of a framework for the self-assessment of Spanish universities in the improvement of their actions in the area of employment and employability.
This project will try and become a valuable contribution to guide the design, implementation and review of mechanisms that contribute to the improvement of the employability and employment of university students and graduates, and to move towards a meeting of perspectives between universities, students and other stakeholders involved.
The expected final result will be, through a report, to provide universities, on the one hand, with a series of elements for reflection to improve their actions in the area and, on the other, a tool that is useful for the self-review of their own processes, the integration of these and their capacity to be sensitive to the demands of external agents, with the purpose of contributing, as was said, to the improvement of this fundamental objective in higher education.
The project has had the participation of 64 Spanish universities; 28 of which have been directly involved in the working group that prepared the report.
