Three of the five review committees do not have, as of today, any complaints submitted by the Council of Universities pending the binding report provided for in article 16 of Royal Decree 1312/2007, of October 5.

The new Social and Legal Sciences Committee, with 8 complaints pending a report in January 2024, has already issued 56 in the ten collegiate sessions held since its constitution. As of today, it has 21 complaints submitted by the Council of Universities pending a report.

In order to distribute the workload of the review committees more efficiently, which should not be organized by branches of knowledge according to Royal Decree 678/2023, four of the five committees will be restructured in December according to areas of knowledge. In this way, complaints filed against negative resolutions of Committee 0 (Interdisciplinary) may be reported by any of the five review committees.
