2nd call for nominees for the ANECA Hélice Award

The Agency announces the second edition of the ANECA Hélice Award for Academic Quality, a recognition of the commitment to the values of Academic Quality, which highlights and appreciates the commitment of faculty, students and technical staff, management and administration and services, with ethical principles and public responsibility, equity, academic integrity, equality, inclusion and transparency.

As a new feature, this second call for nominees includes a Student Category, which will be awarded to a female and a male student from a Spanish higher education institution; and a Technical, Management and Administration and Services Staff Category, which will be awarded to one female and one male member of this group, each from a Spanish higher education institution.

Each university or institution of higher education in Spain that offers bachelor's and master's degree courses, except those awarded in the previous call for nominees in the case of the Teaching Staff category, may submit candidatures of one woman and one man belonging to each of the three groups mentioned above (PDI, E, PTGAS), by arguing qualitative merits in their academic commitments at the service of society, in accordance with ANECA's quality values.

The deadline for nominations for 2022 is from 20 October to 20 November inclusive, and the 2022 awards ceremony will take place on 21 December in Madrid. They should be sent to premiohelice@aneca.es.
