The Institutional Accreditation programme evaluated 22 applications from 8 universities in 2022

During the year 2022, the Institutional Accreditation programme produced a new version of the Guide for the preparation and presentation of applications for Initial Institutional Accreditation of University Centres.
This guide was presented to the universities on 16 June 2022 and is adapted to the provisions of Royal Decree 640/2021 and the Resolution of 3 March 2022 of the General Secretariat for Universities, and to the Agreement of the Spanish Network of University Quality Agencies (REACU) on the Procedure for the evaluation of cases of degrees taught in several centres within the framework of the protocols for institutional accreditation of university centres.
The programme also carried out the evaluation of the applications for Initial Institutional Accreditation of University Centres that the Council of Universities sent to ANECA. The following table shows the details of the applications evaluated. A total of 22 applications from 8 universities were assessed:
