91 quality labels and recognitions awarded to university degrees

ANECA, as the Agency authorised to assess the International Quality Assurance Labels in Engineering (EURACE), Computer Science and Business Informatics (EUROINF), Chemistry (EUROLABEL) and Medicine of the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME), and responsible for the label in Blended and Hybrid Higher Education (ENPHI), has awarded 91 quality labels in the 2022 call for applications, of which 47 are for renewal and 18 for extension of the award period.

In the case of the international labels, obtaining the label guarantees that the training programme meets the quality criteria agreed by international quality assurance agencies in higher education, based on international standards recognised by employers in different countries; it recognises the quality of a training programme within and outside the country where it is delivered; and it assures employers of graduates of a training programme that the knowledge and practical competences meet a set of international standards.

In the case of the ENPHI label, it is a certificate awarded to a Bachelor's or Master's level programme that has been assessed according to standards defined in accordance with the principles of quality, relevance, transparency, recognition and mobility as set out in the European Higher Education Area. For the evaluation prior to the award of the ENPHI label, ANECA counts on the collaboration of national and international experts in the visiting panels and in all the commissions associated with this label. Spanish programmes and those from other countries can apply for it.
