Nearly 600 members make up the 30 new evaluation commissions for state accreditation.

The new procedure for the state accreditation of CU and PTU increases the number of commissions from 21 to 30 which, after the approval of the two proposals submitted by ANECA to the Council of Universities in December and March to appoint members and substitutes, are formed by 596 people. 

ANECA has been careful in the choice of members, so that there is the greatest possible representation of disciplinary areas, and with a sufficient number in each committee to achieve the objective assumed by ANECA of shortening the time taken to resolve applications.
