ANECA publishes three new resolutions to establish the equivalency criteria for the practice of the professions of Speech Therapist, Technical Architect, Technical Industrial Engineer, and Industrial Engineer.

Following the publication of four resolutions in the first quarter of 2025 (for the practice of the professions of Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, and Veterinarian), ANECA has continued working, with the various stakeholders involved, on the development of resolutions for those professions for which there are no public criteria available.
The latest published resolutions concern the practice of the professions of Speech Therapist, Technical Architect, Technical Industrial Engineer, and Industrial Engineer, establishing the criteria and evaluation requirements applicable by the experts of the Program for the Homologation and Equivalence of Foreign Degrees for the recognition of foreign degrees to the official Spanish university degree that qualifies for the practice of these professions. These resolutions include the general evaluation criteria related to the duration and workload for the assessment of foreign degrees that seek to obtain their.

These criteria will be applied by the experts in the Foreign Degree Homologation and Equivalences Program of ANECA.
The development and publication of these criteria are a guarantee for all parties, as they provide transparency to the evaluation process and ensure greater consistency in the reports issued by ANECA.
