This report is a continuation of the work carried out in 2021, when a pilot report on the pay gap was drawn up with the participation of 20 universities. The 2023 study presented in June involved the participation of all public universities.

On this occasion, the work has been carried out by researchers from the University of the Basque Country/ Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea and the Public University of Navarre, Mari Luz de la Cal Barredo, Aitziber Etxezarreta Etxarri, Arkaitz Galbete Jiménez; and coordinated by Elena Martínez Tola. In addition, Pilar Carrasquer, from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, is again supervising the report.
