Nearly 86% of the reports for university professors were positive, as well as 95% for tenured university professors
In the second quarter of 2024, the 30 accreditation commissions for access to the university teaching bodies of Catedrático/a de Universidad (CU) and Profesor/a Titular de Universidad (PTU) have evaluated 3,601 applications. In the case of CU, 1,303 have been resolved, and 2,328 in the case of PTU.
In this second quarter, 2,234 more applications have been evaluated compared to 1,367 in the first quarter (see news of April 29). In this period, moreover, the Commissions have resolved 2,787 applications, of which 2,554 have been positive, so the percentage of positive results is close to 92%.
