In the 2023 call, ANECA awarded a total of 14,423 research six-year periods, of which 7,459 correspond to the ordinary call (civil servants) and 6,964 to the call by agreement (labor personnel). Of the total number of requested periods, 96.28% have received a favourable evaluation, exceeding 90% in almost all scientific fields. It should be noted that the results have been very similar between women (96.30% positive) and men (96.23%).
