General measures approved by ANECA for the program of Homologations and Equivalences of foreign degrees

The Technical Analysis Commission for Homologations and Declarations of Equivalence (CATHYDE), of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, at its meeting on November 5, 2024, approved a series of general measures that ANECA submitted as a proposal and that applied to files of applications for homologation and declaration of equivalence of foreign university degrees submitted under Royal Decree 967/2014.

These measures correspond to the resolutions and reports of a general nature prepared and published by ANECA in the last year, as well as other previous measures prepared by the Agency that had not been approved in previous meetings of CATHYDE.

With this approval, these measures will apply to all applications for homologation and equivalences submitted under Royal Decree 889/2022.
