The main objective of the Action Plan 2009 proposal is to ensure the active participation of ANECA in:
- Verifying, prior to its official recognition, that every curriculum leading to an undergraduate or Master´s degree conforms to the Ministry of Education and Science´s guidelines.
- Assessing the academic merits of the civil servant teaching staff-to-be. This assessment must be undertaken by committees fulfilling the requirements laid down in the Organic Law amending the Spanish Universities Act.
