The Technical Commission is a collegial advisory body with technical character. It is made up of the Director, the two coordinators of the Agency and five external experts appointed by the Executive Board. The Technical Commission provides, under the request of the Executive Board, the necessary methodological and expert support to the programmes carried out by ANECA, before they are submitted to the Executive Board for approval and are presented to society.
The Commission´s decisions are therefore binding on the Directorate for all aspects concerning methodologies developed by the Agency, or decisions affecting the technical aspect of the development of ANECA´s activities. The Commission meets on a regular basis to analyse, debate and approve programmes and technical actions related to the activity of the Agency.
