The government authority exercising protectorship over this public trust shall be the Spanish Ministry of Education and Culture, in accordance the provisions laid down in Law 50/2002 of 26 December on Trusts and Fiscal Incentives for Private Participation in Activities of General Interest, and Royal Order 316/1996 of 23 February, whereby approval is given to the Regulation on public trusts.
The Board of Trustees is the collegial body that governs and represents the Trust and its member composition is available at the Statutes of ANECA document.
