  1. On a yearly basis, ANECA notifies the universities under its responsibility for monitoring of the degree courses due to undergo this process.
  2. For each degree involved in the yearly monitoring process, the universities are obliged to submit the information requested in the Information Sheet (Annex 1 to the Guide to the Monitoring Process) via the software application provided for this purpose.  
  3. ANECA, having received this data, will assign the degrees among the MONITOR Programme assessors.
  4. After completing the degree assessment process, ANECA will check for coherence among each university's assessments and draft its monitoring reports, one per degree course, and forward these to the universities and the corresponding Autonomous Regions.
  5. Lastly, ANECA will publish the monitoring reports on its website.
