Regulations

• Royal Decree 1393/2007 , of 29 October, which lays down the organization of official university courses. This establishes the system for official university programmes in Spain and the assessment procedure for their verification, monitoring and accreditation.
• Royal Decree 99/2011 , of 28 January, which governs official doctoral programmes.

This regulation has undergone a number of modifications since it was promulgated. The modifications are expressed in the consolidated versions mentioned below:
