Complaints and suggestions

In order to provide the best possible public service to users, ANECA wishes to establish effective communication channels that allow users to make suggestions, congratulations and, if necessary, complaints that result in improved service provision.

If you wish to submit a complaint, congratulations or suggestion regarding the agency's activities, please complete the following FORM . Once completed:

  • You can submit it to the Electronic Register of the Government: https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do
  • You can also submit it in person at any of the registration assistance offices of the Central Government, the Autonomous Regions, local authorities, post offices and Spanish embassies and consulates abroad. The closest to ANECA's headquarters is the Oficina española de Patentes y Marcas, Paseo de la Castellana, 75 - 28046 MADRID.

If you wish to file a complaint/suggestion on any matter related to the process of Approval and Equivalence of a foreign Higher Education degree, you should contact the Ministry of Universities, as the centre responsible for its administrative processing, has the necessary channels for receiving your complaint or suggestion and processing and responding to it.
