What is it?
The main objective of the Institutional Assessment Programme is to provide an assessment process to improve the quality of academic programmes leading to the award of university degrees officially recognised at the national level in Spain, through its self diagnosis and the external vision provided by experts. Moreover, this programme´s development fosters the implementation of assessment processes that favour the establishement or continuity of quality assurance processes for academic programmes. Besides it provides information about university programmes quality and their action plans to students and their families, to the society as a whole, to the universities´ governing bodies and to public administration bodies.
Assessment process
It is made up of three stages:
- Self assessment
- External assessment
- Final
